This talk is about how a cross-functional Agile team should invest in their learning.
Abstraction is the (only) tool human use to explain and understand complicated things. But abstraction doesn't solve problems. It's only a communication tool. In software development, you cannot solve problem by only learning the higher/lower level abstraction without caring about the rest of the detail.
